Which Universities accept(FTD's) who are US citizens and PR's only

Hi,
I came across two Universities with a criteria that the FTD must be a US citizen or PR.....
1. SUNY / UB
2. UIC .......
3. Univ of connictecut (Thanks to "Godbless" for this info)
4. Univ. detroit mercy (Thanks to "Godbless" for this info)

Does anybody know any other Universities which have the same criteria?

coz these two r the only two known more or less, , also add univ of connictecut, detroit mercy to the list, i am not sure abt nova?but there r some that prefer gc holders but do not say openly............i dunt hav a list for it.
