While we're on the distance learning kick...Physics II?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think the problem you are going to run into for this course is the fact that you need a lab with it. So this may be a no go. I don't know for sure though, but just something to think about.

That's my guess as well...but I'm hoping if they can do BioChem labs online, maybe they someone has figured this out as well..

I'm just concerned I might not be able to take it the traditional way this spring and work at the same time...and it's very hard to justify quitting a great career job without an acceptance in hand...

That's why getting waitlisted, for me, is as good as being rejected at this point.

I took Physics I on line, though II is offered, through the Dallas Community College system, specifically Northlake College. It is taught by Dr. Knowles - an EXCELLENT teacher. You can either attend lab section if in the Dallas area or there is an at home lab you can do. The tests (if not close to Dallas) have to be done at a proctored site.

I got an A but having to teach yourself is tougher. Dr. Knowles does provide study aids and assistance to online students, but having him for the labs was hugely beneficial. Still it can be done. 🙂
