That is MASSIVE. The "whiteboard" they give you, is the size of a piece of paper. Imagine a laminated piece of paper somewhat, and that is what you get. No erasers either.
 
Mine was a laminated piece of paper with a grid printed on the paper. The pen was a fine tip marker

It's just a normal-sized piece of cardstock that's laminated, essentially. There are grids on the front and back. The pens are very fine-tipped and don't write very well (in my experience). You don't get an eraser.
 
It didn't ever take longer than 30 seconds for them to bring me a sheet. You get two at a time. Just don't write huge and you'll be fine! 🙂
