Do you guys recommend getting fitted for them? I'm filling out my residency application, and it's asking what my size is. Options on the form are: 30-46. Heck if I know! Is this asking by chest size? 😕

Yes, choose them as you would a suit jacket although if you plan on wearing bulky sweaters or sweatshirts underneath or are getting all cotton, would go a size up.
