From what I remember hearing at Orientation, Pitt has one the first week of school.
IU has one at the end of orientation week (or at least, that's when they did it for my class a few years ago).

Maryland's is a couple of months into school.

UTDB Houston - end of orientation week on Saturday.
Stony Brook has theirs in September of your first year.
Fall of 2nd year. Marks the transition into clinical treatment stage of the curriculum
USC: End of orientation (second week).

University of Michigan's ceremony is in late September of D1 year.
UNC's is during spring semester, D1.
