I'm wanting to get some white inlay wax for my occlusion course. Right now i'm using an ivory which works much better than green as far as I'm concerned. But i'd really like to do a waxup that looks like this.
I think the colored waxes allow you to visualize the line angle, contours and anatomy better than the white -- especially when you are first starting out. You will definitely want to use the white when you are doing a diagnostic wax-up for a patient, but if it is for your first year occlusion course I would just stick with the wax they give you.
