Since I'm running very low on money - I'm trying to decide on whether it is worth the trip to go to my last interview at White Memorial. I cannot find any information about this program except what is on their website. Can anyone out there comment on their experience when they visited there or as a resident?

The PD was super nice, and the 4 residents per class seemed nice also.
The program is in East LA, which means that your outpatient clinic would be busy,....but really pts who are admitted are transferred to CHLA when they really get sick. So that didn't impress me.
Thier PICU had maybe 4 beds, that were on an adult ICU floor.
If you have other viable options and no money, I am not sure it is worth going to. Like I said, the people there are really nice, I think that the didactics are probably good, but I don't think that they have the best training there.
Just my opinion.
