I've had a teeth whitening 2 yrs ago with the tray system and last week, using my super color guide, i noticed that i wasnt exactly a B1 shade anymore due to my high coffee intake (thanks dental school) so i refreshed the whitening last night.
i used carbamide peroxide 10% for 1h. when i took out my trays and noticed that the whitening left behind whiter than white spots on the buccal (right in the middle) of my 1st pms... it looks like decalcifications but its hard and there are no concavities whatsoever. and today, its still there 🙁
it's the first time it has happened and i haven't seen such thing in clinic..
i just wondered it anyone have seen such results before and if so, did the spots disappeared or was it permanent.
thanks
