who do i talk to now? (application question)

really frustrated....i graduated in 2008 and my university has a health professions advisor that works in the university's career center. she has all 4 of my LORs on file and i sent her the AADSAS link on 6/15. my entire application was finished on 6/15 except for my LORs being attached.

well this advisor is out for the summer and the reason i've been waiting a month. i talked to the director of career center and she explained that she's not allowed to get into the hard drive of my advisors computer to upload LORs.

i've written so many emails and left messages with employees around career center and i'm super pissed at this point. i'm going to wait months for my app to be complete because no one will upload this file! where do i go from here? call the university board or president or something?

any input would be appreciated

Did you submit the app? You know you can still submit it and it will be considered complete and be sent to the schools... At least the schools will be able to review your app and then when she finally does submit your letters the schools will get an updated copy of your app and be able to review it completely... I mean at least you will be able to get done with the preliminary stuff until she actually does submit your LOR... better than waiting around..

Agreed. Go ahead and submit it. The LORs can be submitted later. AADSAS knows you don't have control of that part of your application.

how can one person hold up ur app submission? go ahead and submit ASAP, the the OP said, LOR's can be submitted later. but my question to you when requesting LOR's, do you have to put each persons contact info (email address) down so they can submit it electronically? or am I missing something? but good luck w/ ur app!

my advisor has all of my LORs on file because my professors and my dentist sent them to her. although it's technically not a "committee letter", this is what i indicate on my app. if a couple of the science professor LORs weren't so old, i probably would have tried to get ahold of them individually. i think one of them retired too.
