To answer the original question, I drink my coffee strong and black, either plain black or a black eye I don't have a caffeine limit, as I metabolize caffeine very quickly. Not a tea or Starbucks person.

Coffee and alcohol?!

Coffee and Bailey's Irish Cream. My favorite inflight beverage. Never mind that advice to avoid caffeine and alcohol when flying.

I recently got used to lightly sweetened coffee with milk. Prior to this I could only have frappuccinos.

Had to cut calories after gaining 10 lbs studying at Starbucks for a month for the MCAT.
