Who Got in off the WaitList?

OK, so I've applied to 4 allo schools and 1 osteo school. I was accepted to the osteo school. So far I've been waitlisted at Morehouse and alternate-listed at USUHS (there is a difference between waitlist and alternate list there). I wonder if anyone on this forum was accepted off of the Morehouse waitlist or the USUHS alternate list (I listed Army as my branch preference).

I've interviewed at Medical College of Georgia. I'll probably be put on their waitlist too. Anybody got any info. on how fast that waitlist moves? I need a little hope. Thanks.

One of my friends is currently a second year student. She got in off the waitlist (2004?). She was set to go to another school, but I think she was finally accepted to Morehouse in June. I'll have to ask her though.

I know lots of people at my school and several people at other schools that got in off the waitlist. I wouldnt imagine that there is a school out there that fills without dipping into their waitlist. Unfortunately most of the movement happens around and after the May deadline. Dont give up though.

Case Western overbooked a few years ago and offered people nice financial deals to defer for a year.
