Definitely call them. I was verified 8/16 and received Harvard secondary on the same day.

I just got the packet Monday (9/18), and I was verified a long time ago too. But, I was on the verge of calling them, so I'd suggest doing so. Hope it works out.

i dunno if calling will do anything right now...i've called and emailed because i never received a complete notice and i should have been complete at the end of july. the guy on the phone brushed me off and said they're running behind and the email said "Thank you for your e-mail. We have just begun processing application materials. We have received your application. Once your application is complete you will receive notification through e-mail." Not very helpful.

I don't understand how they haven't processed mine since people who turned theirs in later received a complete email. But calling and emailing didn't give me any answers.
