When you get an interview invitation, do you know who you are going to interview with?
Does anyone know how interview works for most schools?

Depends. Anywhere from D3, D4, faculty, or even alumna's.

Yup. I've had faculty and students, or a combination. For example, IRC Tufts was done by just a student, no faculty.
