What are your opinions of WFU? How does it compare to other top schools? Ranking WFU highly?

OB and regional sounded awesome. Residents seemed happy. The cost of living is pretty low. What are the downsides? How would you rank WFUs reputation with other schools? Any opinions on any of these questions?

WFU has a long and rich tradition of being an excellent anesthesiology program. Probably one of the best in the country. For the record, I have no connection to their program.
