Studying in the Caribbean does not sound like premed students want to give away their goals for pursuing an M.D. My question is: If the top 4 schools have their licensing due to N.A. or Netherlands influence does this mean choosing these schools over a D.O. in the U.S. mean that most med students at those schools are from the U.S.? If Caribbean schools are less competitive than which schools in Europe compare to the level for matriculants at Carr. schools? What is the application pool like because I do not believe that many U.S. students plan to apply unless they had gpa problems and no healthcare experience...
