I was thinking about getting two recommendations from my research PIs,(whom I have worked for two years, received research credit and a letter grade), one science professor who taught me in lecture setting, and a dentist.

I emailed 20+ schools over the weekend and some schools want two science professors who taught me in lecture setting.
Two of my research professors already agreed to write me a LOR, but I guess I should only use one of them for the application since aadas only allows 4 to be uploaded.

1. Kinesiology laboratory
- retired last year
- very famous in his field
- already told me he will write me a LOR- graduates who I worked with told me that he will write a strong one
- no personal relationship thou.
- worked for 3 years

2. Biology research lab
- strong personal relationship
- the professor told me that he will write me a strong LOR even before I asked him
- also famous in his field!

Should I get one from my biology research lab PI??

I would go with the biology research LOR. You cant beat a personal relationship in a LOR. Then get a dentist you shadowed and the other one or two, as long as its a science course, you're golden.

The PIs on your research projects are the most valuable. Grades speak for themselves and the science professors who don't really know you are pretty boilerplate, particularly at the large (300+ students per class) schools. My PI (worked with her 17hrs/wk for 2 years) asked for my personal statement and my transcripts before writing the LOR. I was specifically asked about her and her research at every interview. The interviewers couldn't care less about my micro lab recommendation.
