From March of 2020, when COVID hit, I began volunteering with 7 Cups, it is basically a crisis text line. The problem is, there is no contact for me to list to verify my hours - anyone can join 7 Cups and begin volunteering after completing a basic training. During this time, I also began volunteering virtually with a refugee resettlement organization where I basically called refugee families and explained to them the new guidelines regarding social distancing and all. Should I list the 7 Cups activity and list myself as contact? I want to show that I did something productive during covid (this two are my only nonclinical volunteering from that time). I also have a good in person nonclinical volunteering activity right now at a homeless organization. The hours from 7 Cups are around 50, nothing too significant.
