Who to address post interview letter to?

With regards to sending a thank you letter to programs after an interview, does anyone know who it should be sent to (i.e. program director, residency coordinator, etc)?

Does just emailing the PD suffice or is it better to email every attending/resident who interviewed you?

For my top programs, I emailed every attending/resident who interviewed me. For programs I that will be in the middle of my rank list, I emailed the PD and APD whom I interviewed with. For programs at the bottom, I did not have any post interview communication.

PD, person who interviewed you, or program coordinator if you were in contact with them a lot.

Whoever you think you spoke to the most IMO but I'm a nobody so take that with a grain of salt.
