I'm not sure of the requirements for LOR. So, I'm planning to get LOR from:

Organic chemistry lecture
Organic chemistry lab
Biology
Foreign Language
Research mentor
Pre-health advisor (there's no committee at my school)

Is this okay? Do I need more or even fewer LORs?

Good solid list to me. Really heavy on academia though, so if you're looking for another LOR I would try to get one from a volunteer position or from a doctor you shadowed, for example. Good luck!

All I can think of is my boss (I tutor a group in difficult subject) and my mentor (she teaches a class at medical school). Do they count? I lost contact with the doctors I shadowed, and I didn't know my volunteering supervisors well.

your list looks great and you may even need fewer letters. make sure to get one from everyone in that list and then send out the ones you think are the best to the schools that limit you on the number of letters.
