Who to put as contact for activity?

Basically did a fundraiser/awareness campaign about Syria with the help of a few groups in my college. However, it was basically me and another student that put the whole thing together. Do I put a student as my contact? There is evidence of these events in terms of pictures and stuff... Should I put one of the student groups president? SHould I put one of the organizations that came to speak for us?

Use an officer of one of the student groups. Or your advisor if they were aware of the activity and are willing to attest to it.
