I didn't start with a NBME, but my starting score on one of the UWorld exams was about 55% correct.

Our school gives us a nbme over Xmas break of m2; I got 216. I don't remember which nbme it was, maybe 3 or 4.

Just pass whatever you have left in your MS2 year and make it all about boards from NOW. Its not too late but you've got some catching up to do if your test is in mid June. FA, Goljan and UWorld need to be your best friends
