In general, ^^^ this. There are plenty of programs who won't interview or rank DOs, just as there are those that won't interview or rank USIMGs.

Nope. All MD IMGs.

They realized after a few bad cycles that the AMGs who actually apply there are terrible (just cant keep up or oddballs) compared to the IMGs who apply there. They got fed up having to deal with them and decided from then on they'd go IMG only.
