Why am I seeing SDN threads in Chinese?

Multiple times in the last two months I see threads in this forum that appear to be written in Chinese or possibly Japanese. My Google chrome browser defaults are set to English. Any idea why I am not seeing the threads in English? I do not know how to fix this problem.

I finally translated one of the threads the other day.

"Need something to show friends, family and your job after all those months abroad?"

Spam advertising the sale of (mostly American) college degrees including transcripts, diploma, and electronic insertion of fake credentials into the Beijing ministry of education website for several months.

That explains why we recently had many Chinese officials invited to my school to learn about how healthcare works here in America as well as the osteopathic side of things.
