Look in a mirror, and ask yourself, why do I want to be a Doctor? There is your answer, nurses are regular people. We are drawn to medicine like everyone else. Remember, Nursing is one of the largest professions in America. Overall, only a small fraction are interested in becoming a doctor, but it does add up.
