Why are there only COMLEX Step 2 dates available in September?

Why are the only dates available for COMLEX Step 2 in September 2008? I would like to take the exam in November or December.

I spoke with NBOME and they said that October 11, 2008 was the last day that 2009 graduates were eligible to take COMLEX Step 2 CS. This is new as of this year and it is an attempt to have scores available before interviews.

Did they get rid of those dates, then?
