Why Autoimmune Hepatitis presents with Cushingoid features?

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea why (ie the mechanism) Autoimmune Hepatitis presents with Cushingoid features eg hirsuitsm, striae?

I have come across this, however I cannot find much information about this at all on the internet. Any informed guesses are welcome also.
