Why DAT scores taking so long ?

i submitted my app June 7

took DAT june 23rd


and now its July 10th and DAT scores still not on my AADSAS


is it normal to take up to a month ?

I took my DAT on march 3rd.. they said scores recieved on march 16th but no official scores are up yet.. i dont know if its normal but if im in line before you, you got some waiting to do 😛 im sure it will be fine though.. theres nothing we can do at this point.

June 23-July 10 is not a month. You have to count from the you took the test. Receiving scores takes about 2 weeks or more. Scores don't get posted... I don't know how many times people on SDN have to explain this. If it takes more than 3 weeks then I would call up. Good luck

I took mine 6/1. Mine didn't get posted until 6/17. The scores itself does not get posted... only the date you took it and the date AADSAS received/acknowledged it. Hope this helps! 🙂 Give it a little more time 😉

i got couple emails from schools saying my app is on hold b/c i dont have DAT scores up yet, should i fax them the unofficial score sheet ?

They probably have been received, just not posted to the server yet. Be patient.

I took my DAT on 6/24, and today I saw it is posted on AADSAS with a receive date of 7/13.
One question, my mailing date was 7/11 and it seems that transcripts and recommendation letters were sent. Today I saw i have another mailing date of 7/18, is it for DAT? Thanks!

I took mine on 7/2 and they were received on 7/13. They're going to be sent on 7/18.

I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right thing...Are you guys looking at "Official Scores"?

Wow this is really weird then. I checked with ADA and AADSAS...they (AADSAS) have my official DAT scores!

Took them less than 2 weeks ago and they are already up and ready to be sent to schools on friday or monday. I wonder why some people who took them last month haven't had their scores uploaded.

That is really weird, mine is still not up and i took it on the 23rd of june!!!

Did you designate any aadsas schools to receive your scores directly? If you didnt, you have to reach out to ADA...Apparently the only way to get your scores to aadsas is by designating at least one participating AADSAS school to receive your scores at the time of your DAT. If you didnt do that, you have to reach out to ADA or go to their site and request a score report.

i logged onto AADSAS and on the DAt section, it says date received. I guess u cant see ur scores on aadsas, just th date received

Yeah, this is how it should be, date received only. No actual scores!
