like really, what the hell does it matter what I got on a test I took as an immature teenager 5-10+ years ago???
I guess... My ACT was below the 50th percentile because like most 17 year olds I was immature, didn't know what I wanted in life, didn't care about the test and didn't prep for it. Then I grew up in college and my MCAT is ~90th percentile. Though if I had the maturity back then that I have now I could have easily done the same on the ACT, as I'm sure most of us could. It just seems like a silly thing to ask for or include in the process.Lol, I had the same thought.
The one school that did want it justified their asking with the "it aids in our holistic review of your app." Alright, I guess? My ACT percentile was a full 15% below my MCAT, so if anything they might just look for trends.
My SAT was the same percentile!!My act percentiles were crazy close to my mcat percentiles...coincidence [emoji848]

..well, you are competing against a completely different crowd for the MCAT (mostly people in/graduated college, and have taken chemistry, orgo, biologies, physics and biochem) vs the SAT/ACT (every high school junior in the country)Actually hope I don't run across those, because my SAT and ACT percentiles were higher than my MCAT percentiles. 99/99/93, respectively.
Funny thing is I actually prepped for the MCAT and didn't for the other two. It is what it is.
