Why do you think Rocky Vista hasn't been added on AACOMAS and Pacific COM has? Didn't they get pre-accredation on the same day?

It's because if we all pretend RVU doesn't exist ... it will eventually just go away. The AOA is using this ploy as well 👍
Yes! very well said, and lets hope that it works. It's because if we all pretend RVU doesn't exist ... it will eventually just go away. The AOA is using this ploy as well 👍

Updated AACOMAS Information
At its meeting last weekend, the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) granted initial provisional accreditation to Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
RVUCOM is in the process of joining AACOM. Once that process is complete the college will be added to the AACOMAS Web site for designation for applications. Until then, applicants who want to initiate an application can complete the AACOMAS application through the point of submission and payment and have their application saved for submission once the college is added for designation.
It will be added in a couple hours👎thumbdown
You'd have a day off from school those days... good time to get in an interview?
Can I ask why they have RANDOM jewish holidays thrown in there 😕 ?
Seriously? What I think will be weird if SDNers do apply and matriculate. Then there might be some major arguments going on in the Osteopathic forum.
Per RVUCOM's webpage -
Can I ask why they have RANDOM jewish holidays thrown in there 😕 ? It looks like they plan to start processing soon, they don't have their membership to AACOM yet.
Do most schools give Jewish holidays off?
I'd assume most public schools. All of my friends and myself, all at public schools in different areas, all have off on Thursday and Friday.
Wow, I would love to go to a school that got more holidays off. The public university I went to did not give Jewish holidays off. Then I transferred to a Bible college and we definitely did not get Jewish holidays off. The school for my MPH program doesn't either but last year we didn't even get MLK Jr. day off. Maybe I've been picking the wrong schools. 😛
