my oGPA on my transcript is 3.56 and on the application my oGPA is 3.66. Is that normal? If so, which one do they use?

Lucky you then. Perhaps you want to review each course they counted against your transcript and see if they missed or added anything.

The GPA difference is not significant enough to make a difference IMO.

If you get into a school they will verify your original transcripts later anyway.

Shouldn't they have done that when they verified my transcript?

The difference should not raise red flags. If your school doesn't have +/- then your app should show the +/- with/without as the same oGPA.
Are you an international student? Just wondering in case they adjust anything for that.
If you're a US student then I wouldn't worry about it since it was verified by them and it benefits you.

Nope, Im not international!

You should probably check if the credits were entered correctly. 3.56 to 3.66 is a pretty damn significant difference IMO. If there was a mistake and they check your transcripts after accepting you, they probably won't rescind the offer or anything.
