why doesn't CHCl2F have H-bonding?

How come CHCl2F doesn't have intermolecular hydrogen bonding?

Because the polarization between the C-H is not that great. In other words, the partial positive charge on H (which is a component of H-bondign) is not significant.

Unlike H2O, where the O-H causes strong polarization of the H.
