Why ECE sent me one opened copy and one sealed?

I got my evaluation result from ECE yesterday. But I wonder why there is still a sealed envalope coming with the evaluation? Do I need to send the envalope to ADA or ECE has already done that? If the latter, then what is the use of the sealed one? Thx!!!

Universities accepts only sealed copies from ECE, you can use this copy along with your application form when applying to the universities.

so when we apply to the ECE do we need to tell then to send a copy to the ADA or do they do tat by default??...do we need more than 1 sealed envelope??...we'll be applying to different uni's rite?does each 1 need a sealed envelope??i really dont kno...
