So why choose ENT? I have my own reasons for wanting to go into the field, but I wanted to hear about why other people have chosen ENT.
I guess this isn't the place to ask for that kind of advice?

HA. When I meet girls when I go out sometimes they ask what I want to do, so I experiment with various surgical fields. Ortho gets a great, almost salivary response. Their eyes light up as they tell you about some hero doc who fixed their bumb knee. I've noticed somewhat disappointedly that ENT gets a markedly more reserved response. Likewise, explaining the meaning of otolaryngology over loud club music is essentially anti-game. But you can always swing the convo towards facial plastics and salvage any lost booty (j/k). I'll have to try Uro out sometime..
