Isn't Nitrogen sp3?

pyrrole has lone pairs inside on the N which adds it to the electrons making it 6 pi idk if that helps im not great at explaining things lol

Look at the nitrogens lone pairs. no technically its not sp3, cuz those electrons can be delocalized in the ring cuz its next to a double bond, so u can delocalize all those electrons around the ring. i remember chad mentioning that for every atom thats allylic like that, u count one of the electrons pair or the pi bond to help determine aromatic or not. basically, so for every atom like nitrogen, it can either contribute a lone pair or a pi bond (assuming it has them). in case it has both a lone pair and pi electrons, u will count only 1 of them.

not sure if that made sense. i recommend watching chads vid on aromaticity. hes really good at explainig it.
