I tried to add a third evaluator but it says I am at the max (2). Any ideas?😡

Perhaps you selected that it's a committee letter?
Did you accidentally choose one to be a committee letter? If so then it counts like 3 and then you're only allowed one more. Be sure to check that you clicked a regular LOR and not a committee letter on one of them.

I selected on as a committee letter because it is a committee letter. What do I do about schools like UNC that require 3 letters of rec? Thanks again
From what I understand the committee letter counts as 3 so that is sufficient for those schools. For those that require 4, you'll need a 2nd letter ("3" for the one committee letter + 1 normal letter).
