Why is there a hold on my application?

This is what it says.
But it says at teh bottom my transcrip tis in. What are the supporting docs?

Have you sent them your transcripts? If so, perhaps they did not reach AMCAS?

I wanted to make teh dec1st deadline will the hold hold me back... I know that the process will make it later but the inital submission was by the 1st... any ideas or thoughs
