I wrote a lot about how the curriculum is compatible with my way of learning, and provided examples. Also mentioned one of their research institutes (writing a thesis on a field which they seem to spend a lot of resources on). Would mentioning the climate be silly? It really is an appealing prospect to live there considering I've lived in the northeast and our winters are brutal

Just wondering if it is something I can add or if it's a bit inane

When I wrote my "Why Temple?" essay, I wrote about how I am an Eagles fan. If its part of the reason, why not write about it?
