I've seen a lot of people on this forum site always ask people why pharmacy? So I thought I'd make a thread on it 🙂 Be honest! Money? Personal reasons? Wanted to do something in science but wanted to have a life? Chem wizard? Share!🙂

I feel like there's already a thread about this that was active just a few months ago.

For me, I wanted to work in a medical field but I don't want to have to touch people. There's a lot more to it than that, but I'm not here to tell my life story.

I'm straight.

I'm confused? on your response, that is....

hhmmmmm... why pharmacy?

I'd have to straight up say money and lifestyle. If my primary reason was to help people, I would have stayed a nursing student.

If anyone's primary motivation is to help people, then they should help people.

Can everyone see how that is so vague as to be meaningless? :prof:

If I wanted more direct interaction and nurse a person back to health than I would have stayed a nursing student.

Much better.

I agreed with your post though - I just have a thing about that particular phrase. 😉
