It seems like a ligitamate pharmacy question... I don't think this person was asking for medical advice for themselves but asking pharmacy students a general question about the pharmacokinetics and dosage concentrations of a drug to be effective against a strain of bacteria...
Are we not supposed to discuss educational questions here or are we just supposed to discuss issues like this:
