Will 2 DO letters be better than 1?

I am a low stat applicant hoping to get into an established DO program (still applying broadly) and was wondering if an extra DO letter would be useful? Both of them would be from shadowing but neither would be from a primary care doctor. I will be receiving the first before I submit my primary and could potentially receive the second before submission of my secondary but it could delay my app for a short period. Thanks!

I wouldn't delay your application to get a second letter, you could always send it in after submitting assuming the school allows updates, but having 2 won't hurt you (as long as they are both high quality letters from writers who actually know you)

These are so rare that the answer is yes.
