Will I be fine just watching Khan academys P/S videos if I have never taken a psych or soc course?

I am really enjoying the KA vids for P/S and am watching them as I make anki cards.

I have the 100 pg doc open too which i reference to make my cards if i miss something in the video.

Should I be fine just using the videos or do I need a supplement? I've seen people praise TPR but am just asking if I can rely on the KA vids

I made anki cards of everything in the videos + everything on that 100 page document. Scored 129 in that section. Also didn't remember anything from my psych/soc classes.
