Will I get into Penn if I take a prereq(biochem) my senior year

I am getting really frustrated because I feel like i should have taken gen chem my freshmen year which would have allowed me to take bio chem( prereq at Penn) my junior year. However, it seems like i will have to take bio chem my senior year. So, my question is will this, even by the slightest means, negatively affect my application review? Thanks.
