I think you'd be one of those green dots lying on top of a lot of red dots in one of those graphs.
Just a feeling here, but I think you will get an interview against your odds.
Your RC is high, which is good, but your GC doesn't meet the cutoffs for a lot of schools (check with all of the ones you apply to). However, if it does meet the cutoff, hey you have an 18 AA and 18 TS.
Post-bac GPA is high, sGPA is high enough. You are also a URM, which by no means qualifies you, but for the sake of chances, it's a plus.
Had you submitted your app in June or July, I think you might've teetered over the borderline and gotten an interview, but now it's hard to say. Keep your fingers crossed.
