Will split courses that are incomplete show up on AMCAS GPA?

I took part 1 of a 2 part chemistry class at a community college and received a B my freshman year. I transferred after that semester into a 4 year university and on my transcript from my cc it says the course is "split", which I'm assuming means "incomplete". I retook chem 1 and 2 at my 4 year university and received an A in both, but I am worried that that B will show up on my AMCAS GPA. I read on the AMCAS website that it will not, called AMCAS and spoke with a woman (who seemed a bit confused) who said it will not show up. I just need some reassurance, has anyone dealt with this? Thanks.
