just a quick Q'

If you interviewed before at some school (no names here) and you mentioned why you got interested and then they give you another interview 3 years later again, do you think they pull up your old file and remember what you said or wrote in your personal statement or interview 3 years ago?

The reason I'm asking is b/c I'm thinking of changing my reason b/c it seems like its not working for me.

Do the admissions committee have the ability to go back and see what you did 3 years ago or what you said before?

why don't you just rephrase the way you're saying it. Your reasoning is your own reasoning. No point in lying.

No, they get rid of applications after a year... there's no way they will look back and compare notes from 3 years ago. You should be good to go.

thanks! I was just wondering. I'm not lying or going to lie but was just wondering if I spice it up will they notice and think i'm lying or they will be like "but you said this last time".

No, they won't have a piece of paper saying exactly what you said 3 years ago. Plus, you don't have to lie about your reasoning, just expand on what you originally said and how additional experiences have helped reinforce your interest in dentistry. They will know that you interviewed 3 years ago, since it's on your AADSAS, but don't worry about your interview back then. You're not going to have the same interviewers most likely and they are still interested in you since they invited you again.
