You can still edit you AACOMAS application. The service will then forward your updated application to all the school you originally applied to.
 
I believe at this point if you don't want to turn in the new MCAT you don't have to. I'm not trying to promote "skirting around the rules" but the only MCAT score they require is from AACOMAs and thats it. I personally know students who did worse on their second try and never updated AACOMAs and seem to be doing ok now.

I imagine this would be fine if you submitted before getting the scores of your second MCAT. Its not like you purposefully left something out, and if you're worried, you could always update your app.
 
I would just update your app, 1 pt difference isn't going to be a deal breaker and it will help you sleep more easily at night.
