For pod school they won't care. Even in allo programs they only look at it if English is your second language (although an M would raise some red flags). You're fine as long as you're GPA is ok. Don't retake.

The personal statement asks why you want to be a podiatrist. Don't bring up things like "I did this bad on my writing section because..." or "I didn't do so well in biochem because...". They can see the scores, so if they had any questions about it they'd bring it up in the interview.
