Williams, 22 vs 23 edition

Starting intern year shortly and was looking online for Williams when I noticed that the 23rd edition was going to be released in October 2009. Any thoughts from senior residents about the pros or cons of buying the older 22nd edition (released 2005) so that I have it for the first months of my residency (pretty OB heavy schedule initially) or waiting for the newer edition and getting more bang for my buck?

Personally, I would go with Gabbe!

If you're set on Williams, then wait for the new addition as a lot has changed, and honestly, during your first couple of months you'll be more busy running and learning hands-on than reading.
