Windows Ink- Is it worth it?

Hey Guys I'm in the market for a new laptop for this Fall semester. I'm torn between the Dell XPS 13 and the Lenovo Yoga 920.

I've never had a touch screen laptop, so I wanted to see what you guys thought. Is the touch screen/tablet mode useful during medical school note taking (drawing and typing)? Or do you prefer a traditional laptop?
