Winter Break Opportunities

So I'm a rising sophomore interested in getting clinical experience over winter break.There are tons of opportunities for the summer but I can't seem to find much for winter break. My parents are expats and so I typically fly back home over winter break to spend time with them but I wouldn't mind cutting that trip a bit short to gain some more exposure - especially if it's surgery related.
